
Monthly peer-guided group practice to support your neurodivergent unmasking journey.
Join Becky (they/she) for a monthly peer-guided yoga and mindfulness practice with a focus on somatic exploration, self-study, and nervous system regulation to support you on your unmasking journey. Whether you identify as neurodivergent or are exploring the possibility, you're welcome to join us. You don’t need any previous experience with yoga to participate.
This is a live Zoom event only (NOT recorded). Sessions happen on the Third Thursday of each month from 12-1 pm Central Time (Chicago, US). Option to stay until 1:15 pm for "tea time."
During each 60-minute session you can expect:
A low-demand space where you can show up exactly as you are. Cameras on or off, your choice.
Flexible participation options for practicing in a chair, on a mat, from your couch or bed, or wherever you feel most comfortable.
Trauma-aware, body-neutral, neurodiversity-affirming instruction.
Accessible movement and explorative, subtle practices for mind-body connection.
Guided rest and meditation.
Reflection, journaling, and sharing opportunities.
Preparing for the session:
You may wish to have certain items on hand for your support and comfort, but none of the below are necessary for participation. Examples include:
A chair, yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, cushion, or other props for comfortably sitting and/or lying down.
Sensory tools and comfort items like fidgets, emotional support pets/plushies, weighted blanket, aromatherapy, cozy socks, tea or water.
Journaling tools.
Background music of your choice.

Join us for a neurodivergent-friendly body doubling hour on Zoom! We'll hang out and do our own thing side-by-side in a shared virtual space. Cameras on or off, your choice. Communicate using your microphone or the chat function.
Meetings will be recorded for registered participants to view afterward. (“Tea time” is not recorded.)
